• Quiz session data: your answers, completion time, and computed score are held in your browser's local session storage for the duration of your test and results so the Service can display your report; this data stays on your device unless you complete a purchase, at which point your email is used to associate your order.
• Payment information: payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on KnowMyIQ's own servers.
• Technical data: basic device and browser information used for security and to keep the Service working correctly.

We use the information above to provide your IQ report and certificate, process payments, communicate with you about your account or order, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor. KnowMyIQ does not directly receive or store your full card number, expiration date, or CVC.

Quiz progress and results are stored locally in your browser for the duration of your session. Account and billing information associated with a purchase is stored securely and protected with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit.

Session data in your browser is cleared when you close your browser session or clear site data. Billing records are retained for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below; we aim to respond within 30 days.

The Service uses browser storage (such as session storage) that is essential to the quiz and checkout flow working correctly. We do not use this storage for third-party advertising tracking.
