By accessing or using KnowMyIQ (the "Service"), including the website, quiz experience, and any related features, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes to these Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

KnowMyIQ is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a clinical, medical, or psychological assessment, and your results are not a substitute for evaluation by a licensed professional. Scores may be influenced by factors such as your environment, device, connection quality, fatigue, and time of day, and should not be used for academic, employment, medical, or legal decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate information (such as your email address) and for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials associated with your session.

• The Service may offer a discounted trial period (as displayed at checkout) that converts into a recurring subscription at the rate shown to you before you provide payment details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are provided for unused time.
• Prices are shown in your local currency where available; final amounts may vary based on taxes and payment-provider conversion rates, which KnowMyIQ does not control.

KnowMyIQ does not guarantee refunds, but requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests should include your account email and the reason for the request. Requests are generally not granted for unused subscription time after cancellation, or for failure to cancel before a renewal date.

All content, design, questions, graphics, and software that make up the Service are owned by KnowMyIQ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the Service for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Any responses, feedback, or content you submit through the Service remain yours, but you grant KnowMyIQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content (including in de-identified or aggregated form) to operate, analyze, and improve the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to bypass security measures, submitting fraudulent payment information, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KnowMyIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on your results. KnowMyIQ's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. KnowMyIQ may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, fraud, or abuse, with notice where reasonably possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to KnowMyIQ's place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally; unresolved disputes will be handled according to the dispute resolution process communicated by KnowMyIQ at that time.

KnowMyIQ may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where possible, and will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
